What if I need to skip a month?

No problem. Just text or email us 24 hours in advance and we'll pause your service and adjust your billing for that month.

Do I need to be home?

Nope! As long as your bins are at the curb (empty) after the trash truck leaves, we handle the rest. We'll text you when we're done.

Will this damage my cans or driveway?

Never. We use specialized low-pressure steam that is safe for plastic bins. Our catchment system ensures no dirty water ever touches your driveway.

What if my bin still has trash in it?

If the garbage truck missed you, we can't clean the bin. We'll do our best to reschedule you for the following week or your next scheduled cleaning day.

Is there a contract?

Absolutely not. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no penalties.

Note: We pause operations when temperatures drop below freezing to prevent ice. Your billing will be adjusted automatically.
